The Ruijie Reyee MINI-GBIC-SX-MM850 is a high-performance Gigabit SFP transceiver engineered for short-range fibre optic networking in enterprise, campus and data centre environments.
Designed to meet the IEEE 1000BASE-SX standard, it delivers dependable 1.25 Gbps data transmission over multimode fibre (MMF) using an 850 nm VCSEL laser and duplex LC connector. Supporting transmission distances of up to 550 metres on multimode fibre, the module is ideal for connecting network switches, routers, servers and storage devices within buildings or across campus infrastructures.
Its hot-pluggable SFP form factor allows installation or replacement without powering down network equipment, reducing maintenance time and improving network availability. The transceiver supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM/DOM), enabling administrators to monitor operating parameters such as temperature, voltage and optical power in real time for improved network reliability and preventative maintenance.
With low power consumption of no more than 1.5 W and compliance with IEEE, SFP MSA and RoHS standards, it provides an efficient and dependable solution for Gigabit fibre connectivity.
