Popular intercom systems for door/gate entry from Hikvision, Akuvox, AES and more.
These systems feature a call button along with mic and usually a camera, allowing 2 way communication between an external visitor to one or multiple separate occupants. Whilst usually facilitated by indoor screen(s) mobile apps are also able to receive the call as well as or instead of, to remotely unlock any doors.
There is a crossover with access control as, of course, these systems have card/pin direct unlock options. (With Hikvision, there are different feature sets for Intercom & Access Control also)
